When we are reconciling transactions, we need the ability to drill across from HCM to FSM and from FSM to HCM where applicable. One use case would be to drill from a payroll run into the account transactions within the Global Ledger. Today, we cannot drill across because HCM and FSM are two separate databases.
Use natural language processing to analyze custoer interactions (emails, chat, support cases) and surface sentiment trends in the CRM dashboard. This would help sales and support teams respond faster to at-risk customers.
Enable managers to approve timesheets and expense reports directly from the Infor Go mobile app, speeding up payroll cycles and improving user experience.
